Firewalls have resumed normal operation. All services have returned to functional.

The firewall update has encountered some issues. Internet service is impacted. We will continue to work on diagnosing the issue and getting system status returned to functional.

Firewalls need to be upgraded to new firmware. This upgrade will cause a very minimal and most likely unnoticeable disruption to internet traffic, but it will cause all VPN connections to the firewall to be dropped so please refrain from using VPN at this time.
