Alertus will will be conducting scheduled database maintenance starting at 11:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 28th, lasting for approximately 2 hours. During this maintenance period, the Alertus Mobile Recipient application will experience downtime, and users may be unable to open the app, launch incidents, or receive push notifications.

Scheduled - Our PaperCut print environment will be undergoing an upgrade on Wednesday, January 22nd from 4:30 - 6p.m. During this time, the ability to submit and release print jobs will be intermittent or may fail to work. Scheduled - We will be performing maintenance on the network. No VPN access. VPN connections will drop during this hour so it is best to not work via VPN at this time. Regular network traffic should see no negative effect, but if there is a problem it will be minor and over very quickly (few seconds).

Scheduled - ITS will be performing essential maintenance on the campus network this weekend. Please note the following details:

Time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Duration: Approximately 4 hours

During this time, the campus network will be unavailable, and users will be unable to log in. This maintenance is necessary to upgrade our core switches and ensure the continued reliability and performance of our network infrastructure.
