Resolved - The faulty equipment was replaced around 1pm today and the incident was resolved.

Identified - We have an issue with a wireless bridge/antenna that has taken down the connection between these three houses and campus. The work to repair the issue has to be conducted in 413 College Ave and affects all of the houses listed in Incident. We will have service functional for the weekend.

Scheduled - There will be an update to software this evening that will impact the VPN usage. During this time VPN may fail (go down) and not allow logins. This will be temporary and service will return after the maintenance period. All other network traffic will continue to function without issue.

Scheduled - We are performing a regularly scheduled security update to enterprise systems this Friday, March 17th between 6:00 am - 8:30 am.

The following systems will be unavailable during this time: Banner, KnightLine, DegreeWorks, Business Objects, Zoom, TickeTrak, Raftr, StarRez, Moodle, OneCard, Slate, Raisers Edge, Kaltura, and Handshake.

Scheduled - We will be making some changes to the snc network and this will impact wireless across campus. Users may experience one or more 30 minute outages during this time. If you're having issues please reboot your machine. If you're still having issues when your machine comes back up please wait 30 minutes before rebooting again. Devices that were left on over this maintenance may need to be rebooted the next day.

Scheduled - Beginning at 11 p.m. on Friday, March 10 through noon on Saturday, March 11, there will be intermittent service interruptions and outages as Workday installs the major feature upgrades. These updates are designed to increase functionality and enhance the user experience. Please make plans to anticipate this downtime.

Although the majority of the updates for Workday 2023 R1 will center around back-end improvements, there are a few larger-scale changes that end users will see. Some of the updates include:
- Improved user interface
- Streamlined experience for internal job candidates
- Improved talent management processes
- Updates to Adaptive Planning home page and improved accessibility features
