Resolved - Usability issue has been resolved. Students and faculty have access to their courses in Moodle.

Identified - All students and faculty should see the classes they're enrolled into, in Moodle. We've implemented some workarounds to make sure that is the case.

We're currently working with our vendor on a permanent solution.

Update - Students should now be able to see their Spring and Summer courses from 2020. We're working on Fall 2020 courses for students.

Faculty should be able to see their Spring, Summer, and Fall 2020 courses.

Investigating - We're currently looking into an issue with student and faculty enrollment into Moodle courses. We're working with our Moodle support vendor on the problem.

Resolved - Change has been completed. Logins to Moodle with SSO are now functioning properly.

Investigating - We will be modifying how faculty and students will login to Moodle starting at 4:30 today, and implemented by 5. Instead of clicking "SNC Google Login", users will be brought to our Single Sign On page. This is to streamline Zoom and Moodle logins.

Completed - The scheduled maintenance has been completed.

In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

Scheduled - We are performing a regularly scheduled maintenance to Banner and KnightLine.

In addition, we'll be applying new SSL certificates to several enterprise servers.

Between 6 pm tonight and 2 am Saturday, Banner and KnightLine will be unavailable. Other systems impacted include Business Objects, DegreeWorks, and Evisions.
