A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

Investigating
We are currently working with our Moodle vendor to investigate the issue. At this moment any quizzes that utilize Respondus LockDown Broswer or Respondus Monitor are not accessible to students. Normal Moodle quizzes, and all other functionality on Moodle is working normally.
